Had an.... interesting situation with a gift card that took up WAY too much of your staff's time but they were all super duper patient and chill about it! I don't shop at cotton on but I'd reccomend it to others based on the staff alone!

Will at the registers is lovely, very personable and easy to talk to. I was also assisted by a friendly blonde person working upstairs, who helped me with sizes and seemed very happy to do so.
Awesome colours and textures in this season. From linen to stretch fabrics. Beautiful shirts and body hugging dresses. Enjoyed going into Cotton On mega. Their swimwear is lovely this year, impressed!
I have one slight complaint! The security lady in Rundle mall cotton on was following my boyfriend and I around in the store, by causing that we would probably steal ! So we just had to leave the store because it was just disrespectful that she accused us! We went up and down the escalator like 4 times and she still would follow ! This happened on the 8th of January 2024!
Just stop accusing ! I know she’s doing her job but it’s just disrespectful to accuse! And it just wasn’t good customer service! I didn’t want to be in cotton on after that!
Awesome store! Great layout and so many goodies under one roof.
The staff were immensely friendly and my daughter was super excited to get the cargo pants she was after.
Good place for shopping clothing and accessories. Has been updated since the last visit and more better than before.
